You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

Privacy protection is assured when submitting your email address. All email addresses are held in the strictest of confidence and are not passed on to or sold to any third party.

RETURN POLICY

We carefully examine each product prior to shipping. If upon receipt of any order from Cyberguide you find the merchandise is damaged or defective, please inform us by email (claims@cyberguide.com.au) within 24 hours of receipt of the order. You will then be issued with a Return Authorization Claim Number.

All claims for exchange or refund must be returned within 14 days and meet the criteria below.

1: The product is returned in the same condition as received.
2: The product is in the original packaging.
3: Explanation of why it is being returned.
4: Are you requesting an Exchange or Refund.
5: Person or Company returning the goods to pay for return Shipping costs.

Payment Methods We accept VISA, Master Card, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), AMEX (4% Surcharge applies for AMEX only) and Company Cheques. Please note we only ship goods once we have confirmed funds are cleared in our account for your order. If you pay by Cheque this will take longer for the funds to clear and consequently add to the time it takes to fufill your order. [Back]

ORDERING AND SHIPPING POLICY We ship Australia wide! Our usual turn-around for an order is 10 working days. We do offer a quicker service, however this attracts a Surcharge which is noted next to each product. Because we are located in Australia all final credit card charges will be displayed in Australian dollars. There is a Surcharge of 4% for AMEX only. We accept MasterCard and Visa, American Express (4% Surcharge for AMEX), Electronic Funds Transfer (Direct Deposit) or Company Cheques.
