Can you print your logo or other information on Cyberguides Promotional Products?
Yes, you can print on all of the products on this site. The print area and print type are noted in the product discription.

How do I calculate the printing or finishing costs?
For most pad printing, screen printing and finishing options there are two components to calculate. You will need to add the finishing 'setup fee' which in some cases is dependent on the number of colours in your logo or text. The options are broken up into 'Small', 'Medium' and 'Large' promotional products, examples are listed below.
Small Promotional Products: Keyholders, Golf Balls, ID holders, Pens, Pocket Card Holders, Pocket Calculators, Stress Balls, Yo-Yo's
Medium Promotional Products: Travel Mugs, Sports Bottles, A5 Folders, Binoculars, CD Cases, Flash Drives, Sports Bottles, Travel Mugs
Large Promotional Products: Compendiums, Wine Coolers, Briefcases, Clocks, Sports Bags,

Supplying Artwork for Promotional Products

The thank you page you will see when you place an order will provide you with an Invoice and an email address to send your files to: graphicdesign@cyberguide.com.au (up to 10 megabytes).

Samples of Promotional Products
To obtain a sample product you will need to purchase the promotional sample using our website shopping cart and pay by Credit Card. If you return the samples back to us in thier original condition and packaging we are happy to credit you for these items.
All orders of promo samples require you to enter the company for which you are requesting the sample.
You will receive your sample within two to three days of ordering. If you place an order for a quantity of 50 or more promotional items we will credit you for one of the same Product ID..
Please note:
We do not supply samples to the general public. Samples will only be provided to businesses to evaluate the product for promotional purposes.

I would like a quote, how can I request this?
We like to provide quick response times to all quote requests, although this cannot be guaranteed at all times as you can understand.
To request a quote simply click the 'Buy' button and add the product/s to the shopping cart. When you are finished adding the promotional products, select the 'State to ship', then click the checkout button.
Enter your details and chose 'Request A Quote' from the drop down option box. You will then see a summary of the carts contents. Click 'Checkout' to complete the process and we will get back to you within the time specified.

Payment Methods
We accept VISA, Master Card, AMEX (2.5% Surcharge applies for AMEX only) and Cheques from approved customers.
Please note we only ship goods once we have confirmed funds are cleared in our account for your order. If you pay by Cheque it will take longer for the funds to clear and consequently add to the time it takes to fulfill your product order. This all needs to be time lined by you to ensure your promotion is successful and timely.

We ship Australia wide!
Our usual turn-around for an order is 10 working days. We do offer a quicker service, however this attracts a Surcharge which is noted next to each product.
Please note we only ship goods once we have confirmed the funds are cleared in our account.

We use GeoTrust and Eway to secure our Electronic payments. Eway is Australia's leading payment gateway provider. St George Bank processes all Cyberguide transactions.
