How much does it cost to print on the stubby holders or neoprene products?
When you click each small image of a product you will be taken to a larger view which also shows you the price and gives you other options. Each price includes a one colour print.

How much does it cost to print additional colours (2 colour logo)?
When you click the small image of a product you will note a drop down box which says "Print Colours", this is where you select the additional colours you require, a +$0.10 will show in this drop down showing the additional cost for each colour.

Delivery costs
You can check the freight costs by adding the product to your shopping cart, selecting your state and choosing regional or metro area. You then need to click the update product totals and shipping link on the bottom of the cart. You will then see the shipping estimate.

Is there a better price for larger quantities?
Yes, you will note when you are in the larger view of each product underneath the product descriptions the different quantity discount breaks. We offer discounts for the usual quantities that are ordered up to 1000 units, however we offer further discounts for quantities in excess of 1000. Please contact us if you require larger quantities than we have show.

How do you receive the quantity discounts shown?
When you add the product to your shopping cart you will see the unit price shown which will correspond to the quantity discount break set to that product.

How to provide Artwork?
If it is simple text please put this text into the text box which calls for additional information in the checkout page which is the page you enter all your order information.
If you are providing your own Artwork please supply as per the instructions on our Artwork Specifications page of our site.

Can we match PMS colours?
Although we do out best to match a PMS colour, we do not guarantee an exact match. This is due to the technicalities of printing onto Neoprene.

You can make an enquiry about a product when you are in the larger view of a product. You will note a link underneath the product image. This is the best way to enquire about a particular product as we are sent a link directly to the product you are enquiring about.

Which Credit Cards do we accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express although there is a 2.5% Surcharge (for AMEX cards only). We also accept direct deposits and Cheques for approved customers.

How to place an order
Please add the product you would like to your shopping cart and follow the instructions. Once you have entered your ordering information into the checkout page you will have the opportunity to view the summery of your order on the next page. If you are happy with the summary click the checkout button to finalise your order. You will need to add the setup fee for each product on our site.
