TERMS OF USE STATEMENT

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

Privacy protection is assured when submitting your email address. All email addresses are held in the strictest of confidence and are not passed on to or sold to any third party.

RETURN POLICY

We carefully examine each product prior to shipping. If upon receipt of any order from Cyberguide you find the merchandise is damaged or defective, please inform us by email (claims@cyberguide.com.au) within 24 hours of receipt of the order. You will then be issued with a Return Authorization Claim Number.

All claims for exchange or refund must be returned within 14 days and meet the criteria below.

1: The product is returned in the same condition as received.
2: The product is in the original packaging.
3: Explanation of why it is being returned.
4: Are you requesting an Exchange or Refund.
5: Person or Company returning the goods to pay for return Shipping costs.

ORDERING AND SHIPPING POLICY

Any extra import duties, customs charges or any other costs imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.

Goods are usually delivered within 5 working days, Australia wide, once payment has been received.

Because we are located in Sydney Australia all final credit card charges will be displayed in Australian dollars.

Please note that all Credit Card charges will be in Australian dollars. For New Zealand and US customers the final purchase price will be converted by the Credit Card company into your currency.

We accept MasterCard and Visa, Electronic Funds Transfer (Direct Deposit), Purchase Orders from approved Companies and all Government Organisations.
