Artwork Requirements
When you place your order we will send you the relevant Artwork Template for the product you purchased. This usually happens fairly quickly, inside 4 hours from the receipt of your order.
This template will contain all the specifications needed to supply Cyberguide with a correct Artwork File.

The Process
Once we receive your order we begin the process by sending you an Artwork Template for the product you have ordered if you have not already downloaded the template from the products detailed (large) view.
If we are creating the Artwork for you we will need your designed breif.
We supply a digital proof (PDF document) by email.
Once we receive your final proof approval we proceed to print which takes 5 working days to print and two working days to deliver to most eastern States and 5-7 working days to deliver to most other areas.

Sending your artwork to Cyberguide
If the Artwork file is below 10 Megabytes you can email your file to graphicdesign@cyberguide.com.au
For Artwork files over 10 Megabytes but below 100 Megabytes you can FTP the file to our server.
If you would prefer this method please contact us for our FTP details. To use this option your file must be below 100 Megabytes and zipped using a suitable compression tool.

Cyberguide has an in house Professional Graphic Designer capable of producing outstanding artwork for any product you see on this site. If you would like Cyberguide to produce your artwork simply select this option when purchasing your product on-line. If ordering off-line please include in your Purchase Order the Art Estimation fee included as an option next to each product.
Our Artwork (Design) fee is $90.00 per hour + GST.
Please note:
All artwork fees quoted on this site are estimates only as it is not possible to provide an accurate quotation until we have spoken with you in detail about the design you would like.
It is the Client's responsibility to provide Cyberguide with the stock photography or images to be used. If you need to purchase stock photography may we suggest Getty Images as a good source of royalty free and rights-managed photography and images.
For best results you will need to supply images, photographs etc, at 600dpi if possible. As a rule the file size should be at least 10 megabytes or more for each square meter in printable size. High resolution scans of your existing images are available for $110.00 per scan.
Please allow 3 to 4 working days for artwork completion.

We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express (Surcharge of 2.5% for AMEX Cards only) , Electronic Funds Transfer (Direct Deposit) and Cheques from approved customers.

Shipping Information
Printing takes 5 working days with 2 working days for delivery to most eastern States and 5-7 working days for all other areas. All products are Couriered therefore we need a street address for delivery. If you are not there when the product delivery is attempted you may be charged for a second delivery. For this reason please supply an address that will be occupied within normal working hours.
If you require product inside the normal delivery period above we regard this as a rush job and apply a $50 surcharge to each product.

Cyberguide takes website security very seriously and uses SSL with 128bit Encryption (SSL or Secure Socket Layers) for accepting payments over the Cyberguide web site. We use GeoTrust for Cyberguide's Digital Certificate, Eway which is Australia's leading payment gateway provider and St George Bank to process payments.
