Payment Methods
You can choose from two methods of payment in the final stage of the checkout, Credit Card payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express (no Surcharge), or you can choose Direct Deposit to deposit the funds directly into our account in which case you will be supplied with a Tax Invoice immediately after placing your order (on-line) and by email within minutes of your order. Please note our Bank Details in the footer of the Invoice for Direct Deposit orders.
Please note that all Credit Card charges will be in Australian dollars and there is no surcharge for Credit Card Orders.

We use Comodo for Cyberguide's Digital Certificate, Eway which is Australia's leading payment gateway provider and St George Bank to process payments.

Return Policy
We carefully examine each product prior to shipping. Upon receipt of order if any merchandise is damaged or defective, you must inform us by email within 24 hours of receipt of order. You will then be issued with a Return Authorization Claim Number.
All claims for exchange or refund must be returned within 14 days and meet the criteria below.
1: The product is returned in the same condition as received.
2: The product is in the original packaging.
3: Explanation of why it is being returned.
4: Are you requesting an Exchange or Refund.
5: Person or Company returning the goods must pay for return Shipping costs.

Ordering and shipping policy
We ship Australia wide!
Goods are delivered in 5 working days, Australia wide, once payment has been received.
There is no Surcharge for Credit Card orders.
We accept MasterCard and Visa, Electronic Funds Transfer (Direct Deposit), purchase orders from approved Companies and all Government Organisations.
