If within 7 days you are not satisfied with the brochure holder or display system you have purchased from Cyberguide you can return the goods to Cyberguide for a full refund.
Please note :
This refund does not apply to any holder or stand that has been screen printed. Customer to pay the cost of returning the item. The item must be returned in it's original condition and Cyberguide will not be held responsible for any damage incurred whilst being returned. |

You understand and agree that the owners of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this site have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.

Privacy protection is assured when submitting your email address. All email addresses are held in the strictest of confidence and are not passed on to or sold to any third party.
RETURN POLICY
We carefully examine each product prior to shipping. If upon receipt of any order from Cyberguide you find the merchandise is damaged or defective, please inform us by email (claims@cyberguide.com.au) within 24 hours of receipt of the order. You will then be issued with a Return Authorization Claim Number.
All claims for exchange or refund must be returned within 14 days and meet the criteria below.
1: The product is returned in the same condition as received.
2: The product is in the original packaging.
3: Explanation of why it is being returned.
4: Are you requesting an Exchange or Refund.
5: Person or Company returning the goods to pay for return Shipping costs.

ORDERING AND SHIPPING POLICY
We ship Australia wide!
Goods are delivered in 5 working days, Australia wide, once payment has been received.
There is a Surcharge of 2.5% for AMEX Credit Card orders only.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Company Cheques.
Please note we only ship goods once we have confirmed funds are cleared in our account for the order. If you pay by Cheque this will take longer for the funds to clear and consequently add to the time it takes to fulfill your order. |
