Is there a minimum spend amount?
Yes, to be able to supply product at these competitive prices we need orders of at least $90.00 or more (Ex GST & Shipping). |
How to order
You can place your order on-line by adding the products you want to purchase to your shopping cart. Once you have added all the products you wish to purchase click the "Checkout" button to take you to the Checkout page where you enter all your ordering information.
You will have two payment options to choose from. Direct Deposit in which case you will receive an Invoice by email with our banking details in the footer of the Invoice. You can also pay by Visa or Mastercard.

What is the cost of delivery?
You can get a shipping estimate by adding the product to the shopping cart. You will notice a shipping estimate amount and a drop down box to choose the state you would like the product shipped to. Choose your state for delivery and click the 'Update totals and shipping cost' link to view the estimate.

Does Cyberguide offer discounts for volume orders?
Yes, Cyberguide offers discounts for volume orders. Please note in the larger more detailed view of each product the quantity pricing. If there is no quantity discount pricing noted next to a product please contact us to find out if quantity discount pricing is available? |

Does Cyberguide have a shop front or showroom
Cyberguide does not have a street shop front or physical showroom. We trade on the Internet only which reduces our overhead and costs considerably. This means you get product at wholesale prices with the added convenience of not having to leave your office or home to order.

When will the goods be delivered?
Typically you should receive your product within 3 working days. If a product is not available (which is rare) Cyberguide will contact you immediately to offer an alternative or to organise a refund.

Yes, in most cases we can screen print your logo or other information onto the brochure holders. There is a minimum order quantity of 50 units per order per logo design. More information including prices can be found on the top left of this page directly underneath the picture of our girl noted as 'Branding Options'. You will need to choose 'Branding Setup' + 'Branding Per Item' and choose the number of colours in your logo or text to be printed. Add the product to your shopping card for cost estimate.
