Does Cyberguide print on the bags and what is the price?

Yes we can print your logo or other information on the bags. There are two ways this can be done.

1. Finishing Options - On-Shore (Within Australia)

For Ex Stock finishing Options, we use a local Screen Printer, the job is turned around within 10 working days.

2. Finishing Options - Off Shore (China)

If you have more time you will save money as we can print offshore in China as an Indent Order. You will need to allow 8 to 10 weeks lead time, however you will reduce the printing or finishing costs considerably and in some cases the cost of the actual bag or item as well!

How do I calculate the printing or finishing costs?

For most screen printing and finishing options there is two components to calculate. You will need to add The finishing setup fee which in some cases is dependent on the number of colours in your logo or text. The number colours can be selected from the drop down box. You will then need to add the per item option.

How do I order

All orders are prepaid. We accept, Visa , MasterCard, American Express (4% Surcharge applies for AMEX only). We also accept Direct Deposits and Company Cheques.

Please note we only ship goods once we have confirmed funds are cleared in our account for the order. If you pay by Cheque this will take longer for the funds to clear and consequently add to the time it takes to fufill your order.

Supplying Artwork

The thank you page you will see when you place an order will provide you with an Invoice and an email address to send your files to: graphicdesign@cyberguide.com.au (up to 10 megabytes).

Samples

To obtain a sample you will need to purchase the sample using our website shopping cart and pay by Credit Card.

All sample orders require you to enter the company you are requesting the sample for.

You will receive your sample within two to three days of ordering.

We do not supply samples to the general public. Samples will only be provided to businesses to evaluate the product for promotional purposes.

I would like a quote, how can I request this?

We like to provide quick response times to all quote requests, although this cannot be guaranteed at all times as you can understand.

To request a quote simply click the buy button to add the product/s to the shopping cart. When you are finished adding the products, select the State to ship to and click the checkout button. Enter your details and choose “Request A Quote” from the drop down box at the bottom of the page. You will then see a summary of the carts contents. Click checkout to complete the process and we will get back to you within the time specified.
